Shipping Policy
We would like to inform you that all orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. We kindly request that you do not opt for rush shipping as it may not be possible to accommodate such requests.
For Preorders: Please note: there’s a 4-6 week wait time, but rest assured, we’ll ship it to you the moment it’s in our hands.
In case of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in the shipment of your order by a few days. Rest assured, we will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you through your email or mobile phone to provide you with an update.

Refund Policy
We take authenticity very seriously, and we stand by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is proven to be fake, we are happy to process a refund for you. However, please note that this can only be done within seven days from the date of your purchase.
We strongly advise buyers to exercise due diligence, particularly when purchasing preloved luxury items. To ease any concerns regarding the authenticity of our products, we recommend using a third-party authentication service. Many of these services provide results within a day. We believe that seven days is more than enough time for you to have the item authenticated, especially if you are skeptical about its authenticity. As much as we are against counterfeit products, we must also protect our business from individuals who take advantage of our refund policy.
Lastly, we would like to remind you that the items you are purchasing from us are preloved. We kindly ask that you manage your expectations accordingly. While we strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each item's condition, there may be instances where we may overlook minor flaws due to the high volume of items we handle daily.
