How to Consign Your Item

To ensure a smooth and efficient selling process, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out our consignment form via Google Forms (link provided at the end).

• Please submit one form per item.
• You may skip redundant information for additional items.

2. We will contact you via Viber at the phone number you provided.

• Please have clear photos of your item ready for initial screening.

3. Once approved, we will provide delivery details.

• You may send your item via courier, drop it off in person, or choose the most convenient option.

4. Allow 3 to 5 business days for assessment, authentication, photography, and listing.

5. We will notify you once your item is sold or if an offer is made.

6. Payouts are processed within 1-3 business days after the buyer confirms the order and payment is received.

• For payouts exceeding ₱50,000, transfers will be sent in increments of ₱50,000 per day due to online banking limits.
  
  

Important Notes

Pricing

• We do not charge consignment fees. We only mark up your asking price.
• If a buyer submits an offer below your asking price and you choose to accept it, we will deduct a ₱3,000 fixed fee from the final payout.

Example:
If your asking price is ₱50,000 and a buyer offers ₱45,000, your final payout will be ₱42,000 after deducting the ₱3,000 fee.

Pull-Outs

• If you need to retrieve your item from consignment, please provide 1-2 days' notice as our pull-out schedule varies weekly.
• A ₱250 handling and delivery fee applies (payable via GCash).
• We do not charge additional pull-out fees.
