Private Meet-Up & Handover Policy

The meet-up option is designed purely for trust and transparency, not negotiation.
Once a downpayment is made, the item is marked sold to us and held exclusively for you.
Please book only when you’re certain. Let’s not waste each other’s time.

How it works

  1. Reserve your slot
    • 10 % reservation fee secures your appointment and guarantees that the item will no longer be offered to other clients.
    • Half of this ( 5 % ) covers scheduling, authentication preparation, and logistics and is non-refundable.
    • The remaining 5 % is fully refundable only if the meet-up is cancelled by us or if the item fails authentication.
  2. Pre-meet verification
    We will send updated photos/videos of the exact item prior to the meet-up. Please review them carefully. Condition concerns raised after these media are sent are not eligible for the 5% refund unless issue is not visible in the photos.

  3. Authentication at handover
    For your peace of mind, the item will be Entrupy-verified upon meet-up. If the item fails authentication (extremely unlikely), your downpayment is fully refunded.

  4. Payment at meet-up
    Balance may be settled via online bank transfer or BDO BNPL via BDO Checkout link.

  5. No haggling on site
    Meet-ups are strictly for verification and handover. Price is final. Any negotiation must happen before booking.

  6. Security & venue
    Meet-ups are at secure public locations (e.g., mall concierge / café). Bring a valid ID. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety/operational reasons.

Rescheduling & cancellations

  • Buyer reschedule (once) with ≥24h notice: ok, downpayment carries over.

  • Buyer cancellation/no-show: 5% non-refundable portion is retained.

  • Seller cancellation: full downpayment refund.

  • Authentication failure: full downpayment refund.

  • Why the non-refundable 5%? To cover reserved time, authentication set-up, and logistics.

  • Can I inspect the item? Yes, inspection is allowed before final handover/payment.

  • Can I switch to courier after booking? Yes; downpayment applies to your purchase and we ship insured.
