Terms and Conditions

1. Downpayment and Fee: A 50% downpayment of the bag's total cost plus a non-refundable concierge service fee (₱3,000 to ₱7,000 range) is required upfront. This payment secures our services to locate and purchase the desired bag on your behalf.

2. Transaction with Seller: After receiving the downpayment and fee, we will initiate the purchase process with the seller of the bag. In the event that the seller is determined to be a scammer, only the 50% downpayment will be refunded. The concierge service fee is non-refundable.

3. Authentication Process: Upon acquiring the bag, we will conduct an authentication process using Entrupy, a trusted authentication service for luxury goods. This step ensures that the bag is genuine and matches the described condition.

4. Final Payment: After the authentication results are received and confirmed, you are required to pay the remaining balance of the bag's total cost. Payment must be made promptly to proceed with the final steps of the service.

5. Shipping: Once the remaining balance is received, we will carefully package and ship the bag to your specified address. Shipping details and tracking information will be provided to you for convenience.
