The Pop-Up Recap
We announced it on Monday. The pop-up was on Saturday. Very us, honestly. Five days, a lot of last-minute decisions, and somehow, Freya became a real little showroom for one weekend.
July 25–26 · Evolve Studio, Salcedo · our first time bringing Freya pieces offline and meeting clients, friends, and consignors IRL.
July was already busy, so naturally, we decided to squeeze in our first ever pop-up with barely enough time to overthink it. We posted the first announcement on Monday, then opened the doors on Saturday.
A little chaotic, very last minute, and somehow exactly what it needed to be. For one weekend, Freya became a real little showroom, not just photos, DMs, and product pages.
02 / Packed and pulled up
The setup started with bags, suitcases, racks, and that very specific kind of “okay, we are really doing this” feeling.
Some consignors dropped off pieces on the same day too, and this Keepall immediately felt like one of those bags that makes sense the second you see it in person.
It has that easy travel energy: useful, classic, and a little dramatic in the best way.
03 / Just in time
Some pieces literally arrived just in time for the pop-up, so we made them feel a little exclusive for the weekend before putting them live online.
This table was basically “what came in today, but make it look intentional.” Chanel pieces, wallets, small leather goods, and the kind of display that makes people stop and touch everything.

04 / Small pieces, big reactions
I love how small leather goods look online, but they make so much more sense in person. You can open them, feel the leather, compare the colors, and suddenly it clicks.
The Calvi and Calvi Duo were such cute little pop-up pieces because they were easy to pick up and compare. Small, practical, and still very much a luxury little treat.

05 / The vintage rack
The vintage rack was one of my favorite parts of the setup. Small bags, shoulder bags, monogram pieces, nylon, leather, little pops of red, everything felt more fun when people could actually pick them up and compare shapes.
It reminded me why vintage pieces are still so undefeated. They are not always perfect, but they have personality, and sometimes that is exactly the point.

Meeting Atty. K was undeniably the highlight of the pop-up for me. She was one of my first ever clients from 2020, and she even brought the first bag she bought from Freya her Fendi Baguette in Zucca.
It honestly felt like meeting a friend of ten years. I remembered how much we sold it for and wanted to cry. It was so cheap. hahaha.
We were immediately close, like we had known each other forever. Her energy was so contagious, and to top it all off, she even bought two more items. Crazy. I love her so much.
This one was so funny and so perfect. They literally just saw the pop-up poster in the elevator and decided to go up.
They were on their way to the LV store in Greenbelt for the Pochette. Plot twist: she wanted the vintage piece, and somehow, we had it in stock right there.
Like??? The timing was too perfect. It really felt like the bag and her were meant to meet.
08 / Consignors pulled up
Some consignors also dropped off pieces during the pop-up, which made the day feel even more alive. There were vintage pieces, travel pieces, classics, and a few that immediately went to my mental favorites list.
My favorites were the red Alma and the Lady Dior. I love this part of consignment because pieces arrive with their own little timing... some come in quietly, some become instant favorites, and some just feel like they were meant to be shown that weekend.

Longtime friends came by to support, and honestly, I am so grateful. It made the whole thing feel less like an event and more like a full-circle little Freya moment.
I only have a handful of friends, but moments like this make me feel like I picked really, really well. To think some of them had the most hectic schedules, some came straight from an international trip with basically no sleep, and some literally still had work during the day but they still made time to drop by.
It sounds dramatic, but seeing them there meant so much to me. Freya has been online for years, so having people I grew up with actually walk into the space, see the bags, take photos, and just be there made everything feel a little more real.
Online is cute, but seeing people actually show up for something you built is a different feeling. The whole weekend was chaotic and very last minute, but this part made it really, really sweet.
I am so thankful for everyone who came, bought, consigned, helped, visited, posted, messaged, or simply made time.
This whole thing started as a five-day panic plan and somehow turned into one of my favorite Freya memories.
Definitely chaotic. Definitely last minute. Definitely worth it. Thank you for letting Freya exist outside the screen, even just for one weekend.
Pieces from the pop-up weekend are now live online, from vintage finds to last-minute arrivals that made it to the display just in time.
